The school is in the village of Kisoga, Ntenjeru sub-county, Mukono district. The students grow crops on half an acre of land. About 48 students work on the garden, 22 boys and 26 girls. They work on it at least one day a week. They grow crops like “sukuma wiki” (collard green), beans, bananas, maize and a few other vegetables. They buy manure to fertilize the garden; mulches are also used often to cover the garden. Training on pest and disease management is needed. This will help the students improve the crop productivity. The produce is used to supplement the feeding program at school.
