The school is located in Kipayo village, Ssayi parish, Ntejeru sub county, Mukono district. It is worked on by 20 students, with 14 boys and 6 girls. It was started in 2014, and as an agricultural college its principal course is agricultural practices. The school has about 3 acres of land though divided in plots, with each student owning a plot of 28 square meters. They grow different kinds of crops like cabbages, bananas, “sukuma wiki” (collard greens), tomatoes, collards and cassava.
They use dry mulch to cover their gardens during the dry season in order to retain soil moisture and to avoid soil erosion, and terraces are dug on the sloped part of the land. There are a few pests that attack the crops and some handmade pesticide and insecticide sprays are utilized. The manure applied is from the animals on the farm. Most of the educational activities are based in garden work.
The harvest is eaten by the students at the college.
