The garden is located in Odwonga village, Ayachi parish, Amach sub county, Lira district. The garden is located on 10000 square meters of flat land. They grow paw paw, beans, maize, cassava, bananas, pineapples, coffee, and cocoa. Agro-forestry is the major method used to control wind erosion. The garden is used to conserve local food biodiversity such as avocado and mangoes. There are 20 members, 10 women and 10 men, working in the garden. Mulch is used to increase water retention in the garden and to control soil erosion. The produce is eaten by community members and the surplus is sold to purchase of seeds. Intercropping is used to control pest cycles. Training on disease management is needed for the members.
