Every year, Slow Food Italy and the Alliance chefs organize fundraising dinners to support the launch of new Presidia in Italy or the international campaigns and projects run by the Slow Food Foundation for Biodiversity and Terra Madre.

A few examples of activities funded by Alliance Dinners:

In 2012 and 2013, €15,436 was collected, with which the Alliance used to support the creation of the Gorizia Rosa Radicchio Presidium, the Pantano di Pignola Red Bean Presidium and the Carema Presidium.

In 2011, €9,035 was collected, with which the Alliance used to support the creation of the Lucca Red Bean Presidium.

In 2010, the dinners raised €12,450 (to which were added funds raised by other supporters, making a total sum of €17,500), with which the Alliance supported the producers from two Chilean Presidia.

In 2009, €11,967 was raised, used by the Alliance to support the launch of the Ancient Belluno Valleys Barley Presidium.
