The garden, launched in February 2014, stretches over 50m2. Soumia had participated in an agroecology training session in April 2013 at Errachidia and now is applying the techniques she’s learned. After having bought the seeds locally, they planted some herbs (coriander, parsley, mint) and vegetables (carrots, radish, zucchini, squash and peas). When the harvest arrives, Soumia will prepare a typical local dish (hanjaklou) on a base of couscous with fava beans and seasoned butter.
