This garden measures 20 m2 and is located in the center of a large olive tree grove. The ground is prepared in line with the principles and techniques of agroecology. The intention is to cultivate mainly aromatic herbs (oregano, thyme, sage, rosemary…) used to add flavor to couscous, which Samira will prepare at the local cooperative.
