Emanuel Lobeck

After graduating in 2014 with a Bachelor degree from the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenzo, Piedmont, experiences in a artisanal smokehouse, the delicatessen trade and in a traditional Chocolatier followed. Since 2016, he has been supporting Presidia producers at Slow Food Switzerland in the Marketing and networking office. For this purpose, he communicates their knowledge and her art through traditional and new media and creates thematical exhibitions and workshops at curated Slow Food markets and fairs.
